Material Handler – P/T
We are currently looking for a Material Handler for our Vaughan location, this is a part-time afternoon position
(about 15 hours per week). Material Handler is responsible for unloading and loading freight, staging delivieries and other dock duties as required. This is a fast paced role and requires an individual who demonstrates a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to take direction within a fast-paced environment. This position also includes administrative and computer duties.
Duties and Responsibilities – stripping trailers and staging freight – picking product and staging – other dock duties as directed
Knowledge and Skill – Dangerous Goods certificate – strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy – good computer and administrative skills – ability to take direction and respong in a fast paced environment – certified forklift operator – 2-3 years of related working experience in transporation environment
