Relocation Coordinator?
Our client is a global provider of relocation and assignment management programs to the worldwide corporate community. We are recruiting the following role at our Toronto Business Unit (Mississauga) location.
If you are energetic, customer driven, and thrive on hard work and responsibility you are the right person to work as part of a team that manages domestic relocation services for our corporate clients; including guaranteed homesale, rental and temp accommodation services, as well a title and closing services. As a Relocation Coordinator you will be responsible for working with our service providers and initiating services in SAP.
As the successful candidate you will ideally have at least 2 years experience working within the relocation industry, or in a similar environment (real estate/para-legal/legal admin) where you are dealing directly with customers or employees. However, if you have strong administrative skills, are empathetic, diplomatic and have excellent process coordination and organizational skills you may be the perfect candidate to be trained in this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a head for numbers and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. A college or university degree is preferred. SAP is highly desirable.
