We are currently looking for a proactive, results oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our new product line.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
As the Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for the following:
• Contact patients of the doctors who have agreed to service offering
• Register patients for the service and work with them to gather data required for timely delivery of medical equipment
• Manage inbound calls from patients who have received information from their doctor about the service and from those who are returning your initial calls
• Work with internal administrative staff to complete patient launch
• Provide the best possible customer service in a timely, dedicated manner
Competency Requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Friendly and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse client base
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and enjoys working in fast-paced atmosphere
• Goal oriented to achieve targets through persistence and determination
• Post-secondary education is an asset
Compensation and Hours of Work
• Compensation package consists of a competitive salary depending on candidates experience; a comprehensive health and dental benefit plan
• Hours of work are afternoons into the early evening (2:00pm – 8:00pm)
• Must be flexible to work overtime during peak periods (including some weekends).
• Building is directly accessible via the subway and located in downtown Toronto near Yorkville
